Recipe Spa

Over the past 10 years, I've transformed hundreds of conventional recipes into healthy ones. I relish that kind of challenge, and I invite you to submit your favorite unhealthy recipes to me for a bit of doctoring. In addition, I hope you'll experiment with my strategies and submit your own healthy recipe transformations for testing and feedback from me and the community.

If you'd like to submit a conventional recipe for spa treatment, it must either be original (i.e. entirely yours or your family's) or, if it is copyrighted, you should provide a link to the source. If you have made healthy changes in it already, it's still important to provide the link to the original if it's available online.

Send recipe submissions to info@aDoctorsKitchen.com. If you would like to include a photo, please send it as an attachment to your e-mail.
