Recipe Lab

My idea for the Lab was to present a not-completely-successful recipe that seemed to have potential and invite volunteers to work on it and share their results. As the recipe reviews on numerous websites demonstrate, cooks do this all the time anyway, even with supposedly finished dishes. I hoped the spirit of the Lab would be cooperative and that we’d share the goal of expanding the canon of healthy recipes. I’ll test the submissions and post the best ones on my Recipe of the Week blog.

Send recipe submissions to info@aDoctorsKitchen.com. If you would like to include a photo, please send it as an attachment to your e-mail.
