		<description>Is there any other substitute you can use instead of Bison? Bison is not something you can readily buy in Australia. I know Kangaroo is very lean, but think it would be extremely tough in this recipe. I’d love to try it, any ideas what I might be able to use to keep the fat content low?</description>
