AND I am a sucker for singular focus on ingredients... like this time on turnips. I like to learn about different ingredients; last week I was enthralled with radicchio... and am beginning to appreciate the DOC and DOCG status you forwarded to me re: tomatoes. So true with wines, butter and more here in Italy! And radicchio from different regions? Different names. Merry Christmas!
