    I made this last week and it was a huge hit. I couldn’t get shitakes in time, so I went with Swiss Brown. It was delicious like that, but tonight I’ll go for the original recipe. Thanks for making life easier - I insist on eating well, but it’s tiring to come up with ideas alone.
